Quotes

Quotes are based on a walkthrough of the property. A quote is valid for the season it was issued in. If the scope changes after the quote, whether that is more trees, more roofline, or added features, we will confirm the revised number with you before doing that work.

Scheduling and deposits

A 30% deposit confirms your install date. The balance is due once the display is installed and you are satisfied with it. Install dates are assigned in the order they are booked.

Materials

Lights and materials are supplied by South Custom Lighting and remain our property. They are installed for your use during the season and are removed at takedown. We do not install customer-supplied lights.

Season guarantee

If any part of a display we installed stops working during the season, we will return and repair it at no charge. This covers our materials and our installation. It does not cover damage caused by weather events, animals, vehicles, or third parties, though we will always come look and tell you plainly what happened.

Takedown and storage

Takedown after the season and off-season storage at our facility are included in every install. Takedown is scheduled by us and is weather dependent.

Access and property

You agree to provide reasonable access to the exterior of the property on scheduled dates, including gates and outdoor power. We take care with roofs, gutters, and landscaping, and we are fully insured.

Cancellation

Cancel before your install date and we will discuss the deposit with you directly. We would rather resolve it on the phone than in a paragraph.
