Starwood is older Frisco by local standards and it shows in the tree stock. Trunks there are worth a full wrap, and a Starwood house lit only on the roofline is leaving its best feature dark.
Newman Village and Phillips Creek Ranch are the opposite problem in a good way: big articulated elevations with plenty of roof to work with and landscaping still filling in. The architecture carries those displays.
Around Stonebriar and Panther Creek the lots run tighter, which means a neighbouring house going up is very visible from yours. That is a large part of why Frisco streets book in clusters.

Pricing for a Frisco house
Frisco covers a wide spread of housing, so it covers a wide spread of the price bands. A single-storey in one of the older sections with a straightforward front roofline sits at the bottom of the range. A two-storey in Newman Village with multiple gables, an entry arch and two mature trees worth wrapping sits near the top.
The thing that moves a Frisco number more than anything is how much of the property you want lit. Rooflines here are long and clean, which keeps the roof portion efficient. It is the trees and the landscape beds that decide whether you are in the roofline band or the full-property band, and that is a choice rather than something the house forces on you.
Because the routes here are dense, we are not adding a separate trip charge to reach you. That is not true everywhere in North Texas and it is worth asking any company you compare us against.

When to call if you are in Frisco
Frisco fills first, every year. It is our busiest market and the streets tend to book in clusters, so a single neighbour calling can take out several dates on the calendar in one go.
Practically, that means the earlier you call the more say you have in when your house goes up. Later bookings still get installed; they just get the dates that are left. If you want to be lit for a specific date, a party or a family visit, say so when you call and we will build the schedule around it rather than around our route.
Returning Frisco customers are scheduled before new bookings open, which is another reason the calendar tightens quickly here.
