Why we can promise the fix

Most companies that hedge on mid-season repairs are hedging for a good reason: they did not supply the lights, so they have no idea what is on the house or how old it is. Guaranteeing somebody else's five-year-old strands is not a promise anyone can keep.

We supply the lights on every job. We know exactly what is up there, what year it went up, and how it was wired, because our crew did it. That is the entire reason the guarantee can be this simple. It is also why we do not install customer-owned lights, and the honest reasons are here.

Questions

Guarantee questions

Is there a service fee for a mid-season fix?

No. If something we installed goes dark during the season, the fix is free. There is no trip charge and no minimum.

What if the problem is my outlet or my timer?

We will still come look. If it turns out to be a house circuit rather than our display, we will tell you plainly what it is instead of billing you to find out.

What is not covered?

Damage from something outside the display. A storm taking down a limb, a car hitting the mailbox, someone pulling a strand loose. We will always come make it right; that specific case is the one we may need to talk about materials on.
