Do you install in Fairview?

We install throughout Fairview, 75069, including Heritage Ranch and the acreage properties off Stacy Road. Larger lots usually mean a full-property design rather than a roofline alone.

ZIP codes we cover here: 75069. Call (972) 658-0780 and you get Bill, not a call center.

Why Fairview

What Fairview houses need

Fairview lots are big, and the displays follow. Acreage properties with long driveways, mature oaks, and fence lines give a design room to work that a standard subdivision lot never does.

We work the Heritage Ranch, Lexington Parc and Fairview Farms areas, and we know the drive between them. Around The Village at Fairview and Fairview Town Center, the routes are tight enough that a mid-season fix is a short trip rather than a rescheduled day.

Every Fairview install starts the same way: Bill walks the property, counts the peaks and dormers, and cuts each strand to fit. No stretched runs to reach an outlet, no dark gaps at the corners, no sagging clip lines by the second week of December.

The Houses

What we are working with in Fairview

Fairview is acreage. Long driveways, deep setbacks, mature oaks with real trunk diameter, and fence lines that run far enough to become part of the design. Houses sit back from the road, so a roofline alone tends to disappear at that distance. The property has to be lit as a whole to read at all.

On The Ground

How Fairview jobs actually run

That makes Fairview jobs bigger and longer than a subdivision install, and they get scheduled as full days rather than stops on a route. It is the market where the difference between a roofline package and a full-property design is most obvious from the street.

Our Work In Fairview

We have actually been here

7Fairview properties
on our books

Seven Fairview properties are on our books, and they are the largest jobs we run anywhere. Three of the seven are multiple times the size of a standard subdivision install, which is what happens when a property has acreage, a long drive, and mature oaks worth lighting. Fairview is where a full-property design earns its keep.

The Fairview neighborhoods we work

Heritage Ranch is the closest Fairview gets to a conventional subdivision, and even there the lots give more room than most towns we work.

Out toward Fairview Farms and the acreage off Stacy Road the properties change character entirely: long drives, real setbacks, oaks with serious trunk diameter. The drive itself becomes part of the display.

Lexington Parc sits between the two. Enough lot to do something with, without the full acreage commitment.

What It Costs

Pricing for a Fairview house

Fairview lands higher in the bands than anywhere else we work, and the reason is geometry rather than postcode. Houses sit well back from the road on acreage, so a roofline on its own reads as a thin line from the street and does not do the property justice.

What Fairview properties actually need is depth: the roof, the trees along the drive, the fence line, and often the entry. That is a full-property design by definition, and it is why Fairview jobs are consistently the largest we run.

None of that means a smaller Fairview job is impossible. If you want the roofline and nothing else, we will quote the roofline and nothing else. It just tends not to be what people here want once they see the property lit.

The three bands are the same everywhere we work: $1,000 to $1,500 for a roofline, $1,500 to $2,500 once trees and beds come in, and $2,500 and up for a full property. Our minimum job is $1,000. See how pricing works →

When to call if you are in Fairview

Fairview jobs are scheduled as full days rather than as stops on a route, because that is genuinely what they take. A long drive, mature oaks and an entry gate is not a two-hour install.

The practical consequence is that Fairview dates are more limited than the job count suggests. Seven properties can occupy considerably more calendar than seven subdivision installs would.

If you are on acreage and you want a specific week, that is a conversation worth having early rather than in November.

In Fairview

What we light

Roofline lighting in Fairview

On acreage the roofline is the anchor rather than the whole display. We run it clean and let the rest of the property carry the depth, because a roofline alone disappears at Fairview setback distances.

Trees and drives in Fairview

Long drives lined with wrapped trees are the single most effective thing we do in Fairview. It gives the approach to the house a sense of arrival that no amount of roof lighting achieves.

Fence lines and entries in Fairview

Gates, entry columns and fence runs are worth lighting on a Fairview property and are frequently overlooked. They are also usually inexpensive relative to what they add.

Commercial and estate work in Fairview

Larger estate properties and club entrances here are effectively commercial jobs and are scheduled that way.

Questions

Fairview questions

How much does Christmas light installation cost in Fairview?

Most Fairview homes land between $1,000 and $2,500, depending on roofline length, how many trees you want wrapped, and how much of the property gets lit. Bill walks the property and gives you the number before anything goes up.

Do you install in Fairview, or only nearby?

Yes. Fairview is an active market for us, and we install across 75069.

Is takedown included on a Fairview job, or billed separately?

Included. Every Fairview job covers takedown after the season and storage at our building in Pilot Point until next year. It is inside the price you approve up front and never invoiced later.

What happens if a section goes dark in December?

Call Bill. We come back out to Fairview and fix it at no charge. That is the whole policy, and it is the reason we supply the lights rather than hanging yours.

Do you need to come out before you can quote my Fairview house?

Yes, and it takes about twenty minutes. Bill counts the peaks and dormers, looks at the trees and the power, and gives you the number from that. A quote given without seeing the house is a guess, and guesses get revised after the crew arrives.

How far ahead should I book in Fairview?

As early as you can. Dates go in the order they are booked, and calling early still gives you the most say in your install date.

Do you charge extra to come out to Fairview?

No. There is no separate trip charge for Fairview. The drive is inside the number you approve, and it does not change if you need us back mid-season.

Which Fairview neighborhoods do you work in?

Heritage Ranch, Lexington Parc and Fairview Farms, plus the streets around them. If you are not sure whether we reach your address, call and ask.
